There aren't many words to describe just how eventful & incredible the past few weeks have been. I think wow will suffice. Poppy Magazine (www.poppymag.com) officially launched. As senior lifestyle editor I couldn't be more thrilled with our team and the June/July issue. Be sure to check out my summer hosting how-to featuring Hannah Pobar Photography. Speaking of which, has completely taken off. I have been more than busy; but loving every minute of being my own boss for the summer. Caught up in all these wonderful things, I've been more than absent over here, but not to worry- I have some awesome things in the works!
Last weekend I (somehow) managed to turn off my computer & headed home to my parents house for the weekend to spend time with my family for Father's day. It was a great little weekend :) My Dad always makes the best chicken, so of course I thought I'd share. It's really easy- just sprinkle this little mixture onto raw chicken before grilling; 2 tablespoon curry powder, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1 tablespoon chili powder, 1 tablespoon smoked sweet paprika, 3 tablespoons brown sugar. Mmmm!
